Actual :
Fine Day;
I explained to the neighbour that a party would be happening in the garden this evening. He is a well informed man so he said it will be raining by this afternoon. I replied that is a pretty safe prediction but it is going to be ok for the party. Mid afternoon, one of the helpers (presently unbelieving) was walking around solemnly looking at his BOM rain radar. I thought he had work problems showing up on his phone.
Then: Rain at 3pm showed potential to be the spoiler for the 4pm start of garden party.
The spoiler was sung at, laughed at, and commanded to leave.
The rain stopped after about 40mins.
My son's Love Feast Love Bus Tour Garden Party Wedding was lots of Joy,  feasting and dancing.

This garden and home has history for him.
Born here, brought back from death twice here (i will write that up in this blog soon),
brought up here, born of The Spirit here, and now celebrating his marriage here.
Jesus has been good, gracious and merciful to me and my family.
So blessed that Daddy God has put the spoiler behind us and we are feasting and dancing with Him

The clouds broke up, the moon came out.
No usual chilly evening wind.
Perfecto.
Just after 12 midnight a shower returned to bless diehards (the last of the 120 who celebrated with us) and sent them on their way.
People said they drove through big downpours to get to the party and drove home in big downpours.
Jesus is so Good. All Glory to Him ... yeh yeh ...

Now this is the forecast for Sunday; it floodrained from 11am !!!
Issued at 4:40 am EST on Sunday 9 January 2011
Rain periods developing with possible thunder. Fresh E'ly winds, becoming gusty at times during the day.
Rain periods, possible thunder, Max 21 UV 15

I write this because so many people say the fine weather was due to their god of luck ... hahahe.

On Monday 10 Jan. devastating floods hit Toowoomba. I will post that story soon.
