NewDay Church - James

James
We enjoyed a good time of worship.

I heard a few stories about the insecure becoming secure in the knowledge of the love
that Jesus has for us.

In Communion time we were asked to understand the intimate communication
Jesus has delivered to us through His death, so we can live (an amazing act of Love),
and His resurrection, which is HOPE.
James spoke on : "where are you seated"
Ps16:9
Where you sit in the physical, may or may not have consequences for you
but where you sit spiritually will be critical.
Jesus overcame finished His work then sat down on the right hand of the Father.
Your seat in the hall will affect your senses;
some may hear differently due to distractions or acoustics,
some may see differently due to distractions and visibility of the platform.
So the input you receive is the input you make your opinion upon.
Your opinions are based on the view from your seat.
Is.40:
Some days you have the heavenly perspective;
you wake up praising God, the scriptures open on the ones that make your heart glad;
then other days you have challenges you thought should not happen.
The heavenly perspective is that youth fails (natural strength fails)
but servants of God are renewed in strength.
Eph.2:4 seated in heavenly places with Jesus by faith.
This seat, this perspective is kept by faith.
There is no works of the devil (pull down, destroy, steal, and kill) in heaven
so keep yourself in that perspective.
Ps110: I will make your enemies a footstool for you –
it is a seat of rest with a footstool made by God out of your enemies = VICTORY;
but He supplies the victory for you - a footstool is not an earthly frontline weapon!
Devil angels and their manifestations bring fear and grief (vanity and vexation of spirit).
Do we take the devil on with his own terms – no -
we take a seat with Jesus and rest until the devil is our footstool.
Your whole body might want to relate to the earth because of its earthy nature -
five colours of clay and there are five skin colours.
Our clay wants to relate to the earth but our spirit wants to relate to the Spirit.
To keep that magnetism apart,
take a heavenly perspective looking from where you are SEATED with Christ.

New Day has inter church meetings on Friday nights :
called Glory Gatherings, these are wonderful times of free and expressive worship.
Be of Good cheer,
BM

A Core vision of NewDay:
Prayer is the foundation of NewDay Ministries.
To paraphrase Wesley Duewel,
“Prayer is not the only thing we do, but it is the most important thing we do.”
That’s the reason we start nearly every workday together in staff prayer.
