Katherine's book is a stand out- It is one of those you cannot put down. Tears poured from my eyes as I read, Chapter 8, Sowing Your Pain and the promise of 'double for your trouble!'
This is a hope filled book, it's not fairy floss and skittles, it's real life and you will not only fall in love with the writer but be catapulted into the supernatural. I am not surprised this book has sold out in Australia! Well done Katherine!

Jesus' commitment to non-violence is best illustrated in three of His acts during His life on earth.
His refusal to call down fire upon those who disagreed with Him, and the subsequent rebuking of His own followers telling them they didn't know what spirit they were of to make such a statement.
His telling Peter "put away your sword" in the face of personal danger (or in modern day speak "you have no right to bear arms Peter")
and His final act of non-violence, the refusal to call down an army of angels while dying on the cross.
There are others for certain, but these three instances illustrate the heart of the savior towards violent methods. This same person is the one who spoke "if you've seen me you've seen the Father" with all confidence.
We can then understand that if the Son was committed to non-violence in His delivery of mankind from the lie of separation, the Father would be the same. We can have full assurance that the Father was not "killing" the son in order to appease His own vampiric lusts, and in no way shape or form did He ever turn His back to His Son, whether in disgust or despair.

God as a consuming fire is good for saved n lost!
The saved and the lost will experience God as a "consuming fire".
Western religion has brainwashed us into thinking that fire in the bible is a bad thing.
Think again ...
Fire in the bible describes the appearance of God!!
1. "Our God is a consuming fire". Hebrews 12
2. God appears to Moses in a burning bush
3. Daniel 7:9-10 says "his throne was fiery flames; its wheels were burning fire.
10 A stream of fire issued and came out from before him".
4. In the last post I shared how the lost all end up in Gods consuming fire and are restored as a result. Zephaniah 7:8-9
5. Isaiah 33:14-15 says that even the saved experience God as consuming fire.
"14Who among us can dwell with the consuming fire? Who among us can dwell with everlasting burnings?"
15 He who walks righteously and speaks uprightly"
So even the righteous end up meeting God as a consuming fire n live in it!
God is fire. God is love. God is good. Consuming fire is good.

Jesus said hell is good!!
In the last two posts we saw that God is a consuming fire for both the saved n lost. The saved enjoy his fire presence and the lost are restored through it.
This is why Jesus said that even hell is good.
Mark 9
47 And if your eye causes you to sin, tear it out. It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than with two eyes to be thrown into hell,
48 'where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.'
49 For everyone will be salted with fire.
50 Salt is good
Jesus explains hell in terms of fire worms n salt.
These three have one thing in common: they all cleanse.

The Greek phrase is aionios kolasis poorly translated eternal punishment.
Kolasis only ever meant "pruning" to cut off dead wood to promote growth.

So the lost after the final judgment go off into a cleansing experience with God!
